The Digital Proof of Vaccine patent was granted on 23th August 2022 US Patent number US 11423755B2. This takes the NVP protocol and allows its use as a symbol and colour for proof of vaccination and on going proof of vaccination. All present and previous vaccine passport protocols in the US, specifically, will need to use a licence for this patent.


The NVP protocol is now a reality with its basis finding a use in multiple Vaccine passport Applications in the US and worldwide. We are pleased to say the NVP or Non-Verbal Protocol US Patent No. US 10783546 was granted on 9/22/2020.


In May of 2020 BSM Inc. filed a further Continuation-in-Part application with the U.S.P.T.O (16/867,413) covering for the line-of-sight display of vaccination status for gate-keepers and proprietors to verify a safe environment.


Additional applications have been filed to cover for ancillary aspects: varying line-of-sight devices, decryption pathways with varying endpoints, signaling schemes for added privacy, etc. (16/935, 530; 17/154, 162; and 17/211, 099). It has become abundantly clear that in order for society to resume and sustain any sense of normalcy, a time-stamped digital health credential display for gaining venue admission must become ubiquitous.


Any Vaccine Passport application using claims in these patents is technically in infringement. We are working as quickly as possible to arrange license terms to those using our patents.

 Interactive Nonverbal Symbol and Sound Language and Communication Protocol Standards (i.NSAS®)

i.NSAS® standards define an Open Communications Platform for application development that enables developers to build applications for i.NSAS® wearable personal digital signage, displays and screens. This now includes the new foldable smartphones, Interactive eyeglasses and interactive earpods with an outward facing screen.

Although the boundaries of the platform continue to evolve , industry leaders speak in unison about how i.NSAS® is the cornerstone of this platform. Without one common standard wearable and phone based personal digital signage and displays  cannot communicate to one another over 'line of sight' and then digitally thereafter. There can be only one symbol communication language otherwise device to device 'line of sight' communication will not be able to be implemented globally .

Why i.NSAS®

Wearable  and foldable phone based display and signage devices require very different standards to the traditional smartphone and watch market as the content displayed is visible and projected to a constantly changing audience. This means that the wearer is, for the first time, responsible for the content projected to the outside world. This new world has no rules currently and these standards are the first.

As the internet of things  (IOT) continues to evolve various standards are starting to evolve. This specific standard is required for an emerging area of IOT , specifically non verbal communication between devices which can see one another both physically and digitally.

The best example of this technology is the  Vibe™ pin attached to phone , as a pendant or a pin badge, which allows users to send signals, messages and make connections between phones and then display these on the Vibe™ screen. This Vibe™ screen can now be on the back of a phone as a popsocket or as part of the foldable display. The Vibe Screen can now be shown on an Apple Watch. The communication is made by bluetooth but the operating system will not allow this until both Vibe™ displays are showing matching NVP symbols. This way people cannot just target anyone wearing a Vibe™ badge.

Additionally the Vibe Eyeglasses can be used in conjunction with Vibe Badge and the Apple watch to signal Temperture of person, Proximity to another person, Social Media popularity status,Vibe sent or received, or Charity ribbon status.
